Victoria Freeman, Esq. is the founder of The Law Office of Victoria Freeman, PLLC, a Florida law firm dedicated to providing strategic, client-focused representation in civil litigation, family law, and criminal defense matters throughout Orlando, St. Cloud, Kissimmee, Central Florida, and North Florida.

Victoria brings a unique perspective to every case, having served as both a prosecutor and civil litigation attorney. She began her legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in Florida’s Ninth Judicial Circuit, where she handled a high-volume criminal docket and appeared in court daily on behalf of the State of Florida. During her tenure as a prosecutor, she conducted numerous hearings, negotiated resolutions, litigated contested matters, and gained extensive courtroom experience advocating before judges, juries, and opposing counsel.

Following her service as a prosecutor, Victoria transitioned into private practice, representing individuals, businesses, insurers, and organizations in complex civil litigation matters. Her experience includes handling cases involving personal injury, premises liability, automobile negligence, product liability, wrongful death, insurance disputes, commercial litigation, and other civil matters from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

Throughout her legal career, Victoria has taken and defended depositions, argued motions, conducted evidentiary hearings, participated in mediations, prepared cases for trial, and worked extensively with expert witnesses in a variety of practice areas. Her litigation experience allows her to develop effective strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and objectives.

Victoria earned her Juris Doctor from Barry University School of Law and her Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and is committed to providing responsive, compassionate, and results-driven legal representation. A North Florida native, Victoria combines her roots in the Florida Panhandle with experience gained throughout Central Florida to serve clients across the state.
